- 500 gr Canned chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- First of all, open your canned chickpeas and drain them, making sure to save the chickpea water they come with as it's an important flavour and texture ingredient. 😊 This water is called Acquafaba and we're gonna add a little at a time to the mixture to reach the perfect creaminess!
- Add the drained chickpeas, tahini, nutritional yeast, a couple of spoons of chickpeas water and oil to the blender – add salt to taste. Blend until smooth – if the consistency is still a bit too hard, add another splash of chickpea water to soften the hummus up until you reach your desired consistency.
