Peel your bananas, slice them into rough big chunks and add them to your jug or bowl. Then add the oat milk and the spices. For the spices, I prefer to use a ratio of 3/1/1/1 so 3 parts cinnamon, 1 part coriander, 1 part nutmeg and 1 part cloves but you can use a store-bought spice blend or make your own!
Now blend until you reach a creamy consistency - remember to taste the drink before you pour it into your mug of choice. Adjust the spice or milk to taste, or add a teaspoon of maple syrup to enhance the sweetness.
